Measures approx 185cm laid flat and 155cm hung with a double drape.
Made with waste leather and fabric off-cuts.
The waste leather is sourced from car manufacturing and interiors industries carefully chosen for it’s colour and quality. These off-cuts are then cut with a stamp in small batches made to my signature hand drawn design.
I hand prepare the ribbons from my own quilt making off-cuts. Often hand dyed, the colours of my sustainably sourced linens, silks and cottons are always changing, I take a lot of care over finding the best combinations with these limited materials.
Each garland is one of a kind and assembled by me in my home studio in York, UK.
